Will I need an amp?

Hey, I have a 2001 MK5 fiesta flight and am looking to upgrade the sound system. Currently there are only two speakers in the front, as well as two smaller tweeters above. I have just upgraded the head unit to a JVC KD- R411. (50w X 4, 20w RMS x 4 )
I'm looking to put some speakers in the back somewhere, nothing fancy... Some Ripspeed 45w RMS speakers have caught my attention, although I'm unsure as to whether the built in amp my head unit has will power them being that it's only rated at 20w RMS?
    Any help much appreciated, thanks!

20 watts should be plenty for the rear speakers.

as long as your not trying to hear it over a loud sub setup your good.

i guess it depends on how loud said sub is... i've heard a few setups with just head unit power keep up with a sub on average power.

by average i mean 500 and under.

I have no sub at all, so all should be good? :)

You would be fine with no sub. 20 watts RMS is actually quite loud to most people
