    PA Anarchy Series

Son, dont do it!! Not sure what Planet Audio has done to this so called Anarchy Series but they suck. I bought an AC2500, hooked it up to two Pioneer Premier 12's rated @1000 RMS each and they were literally starving, the subs barely moved. I was quick to buy this new series because of PA's past reputation for pure raw power that will beat the dog S#%t out of any sub that could stand up to it. I have requested an RMA to return the amp.

planet audio is good, but like most company's they make a lower level and a upper level! big bang is true power, and the anarchy amps are for budget freindly installs! now if your trying to run 2 1000 rms subs on a amp that dont have that kind of power then your not gonna get what u want. but if your running lower end driver's with less power handling u would be happy im sure! the 2500 stated above is only capable of 1800 rms, now thats not real world power, that is a beefed up, made up number, basicaly with a stock electrical running between 11 and 12 volts u will see a true 700-900 rms! which is great for the price! so i hope this helps

that's ok though because the big bang amps are the s**t! they are rated and will do more then there fair share of true power!

lol. well why not? nothing wrong with old threads if its good info. Personally i don't like Planet audio, their a bit generic imo and their power is overrated and i never trust a company that over rates but i like to know what i'm really getting and i prefer companies that are willing to show off their guts and any patents used and target a product for specific needs

ya, i fell for the price as well here recently, got a brand new PA ANARCHY 1500.1 for $89 at local shop to put into my friends Dodge Magnum.... i've heard only good things about PA... very disappointed, i personally use nothing but Alpine and Kicker in my own car just because of how true the power of both is.... this amp is supposed to do 1100 rms at 2OHM, non-sense I'm trying to push 2 kicker CVRs and the bass is PATHETIC... learned a lesson and disappointed my friend as my system sounds like it should while his first system ever sound like garbage to me. verdict is.... get big bang series if you want TRUE bass or go with kicker, rockford fosgate, or alpine (ive owned all those NEVER disappointed)

alpine amps are over rated also and the new kicker and rockford stuff is all made in china like everything else... yes thats right kicker and rockford sold out... dont go with the main stream stuff anyways... there is soo much better stuff out there and for a fraction of the cost... ur paying for the name not the product.. remember that
