I have 2 Sony XS-GTX120L 12" 4 ohm Xplod Series 5-Sided Subwoofers and am trying to find what internal volume size I need for a box. YES, I have tried going to Sony for their recommendation and they don't have one. So if you have any idea what it should be, please inform me. Oh and I only have around 45-65$ to spend on a box for these. Know of any good sites or a direct link? No bullcrap, please.

Well Sonys dont have a very big motor structure, so id say about .75 (little small) to 1 cubic foot. This is for a sealed box, ported will be bigger. i have my infinitys in a .88 per side box with a little stuffing and they sound really nice. As for finding a box for that price range, I have not seen one in that price range. If your decent with wood you can buy a whole piece of mdf for like 20 dollars and some places will even cut it for you for a small price, sometimes for free, just bring the specs. Of course you have to assemble it yourself.

Would 1.2 be okay? I found a sealed box with 1.21 per chamber at 60$.
