    Hey

So sometimes when the bass is really loud my sub amp will cut out,
i usually turn off the headunit and wait awhile, this works

yesterday it went out and my method didnt work
and now the amp isnt on(the light on top isnt glowing)

the fuses all seem to be fine

    Any suggestions?

recheck the fuses with a multi meter. sometimes one can look ok and not be.

if its fine then you finally killed it after repeated shut downs. sorry.

Yeah so it is done, which really ****es me off.
Now i have to find a new amp.
I am having little luck finding a used local amp.

    Any suggestions?

I want between 200 to 300 Rms for EACH sub.
    Price between 100 to 250.

on my other site audiopipe amps seem to be the rage. for the money they are good deals. also power acoustik and crunch. for the money that is.

150 for the audiopipe 1500d. whats your subs coil configuration? and final ohm load?

i was seriously thinking of one for my 15 i have in my room. with an extra batt of course.

yes 1500 is the rms rating. clean power? not sure how clean but ive heard the 1500's and the 3000d which is 2 1500's in one case.

both put out a lot of power. i know a guy in a metro with 1 FI 18 in a 6th order bandpass. that thing was sick!

he just took it out the other night for a badder box. not sure just yet but it will slam for sure.

so yeah for 159. new the 1500d audiopipe aint all that bad.
