Nah, I just can't wear my work boots because they don't fit. I'm already a 13 on a EE loom in boots, at 300 a pop I can't afford to go up a couple of sizes in my right foot.

I've considered chopping it off with my knife. But my sister in law might not like all the blood.

that does look kinda painful... are you going to have it operated on?

Orthopedist tomorrow. Gonna know then for sure what the plan will be. More than likely though, yes.

yeah I would say that needs to be operated on. I am curious as to how much movement/strength that will take away from your feet though if any at all.

Well, as it just so happens, the orthopedist doesn't think it is a bone spur and x-rays confirmed infact it wasn't so. She discovered that it might have been a cyst and decided to try draning it. It hurt like a bitch and a half because of the fact that the needles were huge. But nothing came out, so she thinks that it more than likely has turned into scar tissue. She then gave me a steroid injection which should shrink the bump a little as well as some inserts for my achllies and an order for no work tomorrow.

And if it doesn't shrink it, than it will be needed to be operated on to remove the tissue, but for now my foot is regaining feeling and it hurts horribly bad right now. And I can gross people out with the bloody wrap over my foot.

sounds like the spur would have been better to have. lol.

so they might have to open it up a scoop it out? ouch! either way it sounds painful.

yeah, that doesn't sound like it's going to tickle.

as for now, if it's still hurting, just keep your feet elevated..

COuld be worse, I'd rather have a little pain and be able to wear my work boots versus a lot of pain and not be allowed to wear my work boots or stand on it for more than an hour at a time. :D

So, We'll see if the roids take effect over the next couple of days.

Yeah, maybe, or maybe I have feet on my ass! No, but on a side note, the huge ass scar tissue lump is going down, albiet it is covered with puncture wounds and bruises, but it's going down and my foot only hurts a little bit.
