We got the house!!! I was concerned of the cost, but we got it. 1863 square feet, 2.5 car garage, a shop the size of a 1 car garage. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and rests on an acre ad a half. I am closer to 98lowrangers house now....

Chris, I'm hoping to get a few forum guys to meet up at the new place. Bigbassman, sundownz, JM_Bdog, hitme, slimafroshady, hopefully courtnet and you as well as the designer of the D2 magnum electrodynamic, seem to be interested. Hopefully we can work out a time where you can hook up too. It is big as hell. 1.5 acres. Shit, I lived in Lake Forest CA and the average 2Br 1Ba house on 1/8 of an acre was going for $250,000. That's why I left. This is on 1.5 Acres and twice the size of the quarter mill houses in Foothill Ranch. That is 1 reason I left So Cal. I got this for $100,000 less.
