Been around car audio since the 8-track days in mid to late 70's. Have installed and competed in IASCA as well. Still focus on sound quality vs. boom and SPL levels. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in things car audio.

In the Burlington, VT area. I just got my Alpine 7998 back and installed last weekend so I am up and running again. System is sounding killer right now!
