Yesterday afternoon, me and a buddy of mine were doing a motor swap out of his 1987 camaro and putting in a crate motor, and his driveway is a little bit of a hill, so as soon as the old motor came out he tripped over the engine crane and sure enough that old motor went flying down his driveway, and I said atleast it was the old motor but he said "yeah, but that was the nieghbors new BMW" and we were in so much S#%t and a hefty bill came upon us...

    HA HA!!!! nice!

    I toattaly agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those cherry pickers MUST be on level ground. there is very little room for error in the way they are balanced, especiallyif the motor starts to swing a little, and USE THE SHORTEST CHAIN YOU CAN!!!!! Dont let the motor hang down much more than about 6 inches from the hook of the cherry picker, and use at least 3/8 inch chain!!!!!!!!! Trust me on this. Or loose another motor and trash a New VW bug this time, which is OK with me, I hate those phucking things

How are the auto insurance laws in your state? If it didnt have insurance it should be her liability. Also, shouldnt homeowners insurance come into it somewhere?

no home owners insurance cause it was parked in the street and the down payment covered half the damage payment

Of course, under the paper is a carbon copy and a form relieving yall from any damages to her phucking beemer POS...... then have your way with her, she will want it bad and fast......maybe........Not!!!! if she bought it from a dealership it should still be under the dealers insurance. she might just be trying to screw you. and not in the good way. or a warrenty would get her a new one or pay for the repairs.
