How is it less harmful than a cigarette? I'm already on the train leading to "legalize it" (even though I've never smoked it, and never will)... But I won't buy that one.
per capita it is not in some ways, Tar injestion for example however since most users of both smoke ALOT more cigs that joints it becomes less harmful think about it, if you smoke a Pack a day vs 2-3 joints a day well you see the point... but it also does not contain many of the additives that the cig companies add in to the tobbacco as well,
