Relearned An Important Lesson This Weekend........

yeah I have stopped drinking, again I am on a combo of ativan and clonidine for my withdrawl symptoms I hope no one else ever feels as bad as I do, I was doing a little coke , and drinking everyday, sometimes I would party for 2 -3 days straight, now Im paying for it.... :ss:

You need to look into Stienlager. It is made in New Zealand, and is available on your side of the Mississippi (unfortunately, I can't get it here, and that is the 1 reason I miss So Cal). Really good flavor, and not bitter at all. No heavy aftertaste in a full flavored beer is hard to find .

As far as Liquor... While it doesn't taste really good, it will give you a really funky buzz. Try Jaegermeister. It makes you feel like you are on Opium... Just a wierd buzz.

 

I think i'll stick with the old reliable...Miller Lite .

 

This halloween I had the craziest time at Rutgers.
Party hopping till about 3 until all frats and houses ran outta beer and liquor. At this point we were all piss drunk, wobbly and having an awesome time. Fighting to get into the bathroom I forgot I had my phone in my hand and launched it atleast 15 mph into a wall, and then seeing it smash against the tile floor. Thank god I had already made all my drunk phone calls! We walked the streets with empty beer pitchers in our hands until we met up with some random kids, bought some weed from a random kid and went back to their house. Party continued from 4 till 7. God woken up at 7:30 to go back home. I completely passed out in the car. Now let me do some background info for you. I dressed up as DR.Kavorkian. When I had reached my door I had nothing on top and my pants were around my ankles. I was completely trashed! My mom opens the door and basically almost has a heartattack when she sees me. I stumble inside, see my dad laughing his ass off at me and almost fall on my head trying to take my shoes off. My dad says I wasnt making sense but to me everything was perfectly clear. I go upstairs pass out in my outfit and wakeup like 10 hours later.

I didnt puke but it was just a sick sick night. I only wish that I was dorming......

 

I had partied so much one week that by the time I got back in my bed there was cobwebs on the pillow.... I always had a place to go drink after the bars closed and I started to take advantage of it, I have drank upwards of 200 beers in 24 hours, without ever getting sick I was drinking every day and built up a tolerance so high that when I did try to stop and was in the hospital my blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit 3 days after my last beer :robot:

We've all been there. Never was big on drinking due to personal reasons, finally tried it out earlier this year, nice in moderation, but one night I got carried away and paid dearly the next day. Never felt worse. Couldn't even be exposed to light cause it hurt so bad. What a miserable day. Have only drank a handful of times since, and I took is slow and steady. When the initial good little buzz came on, I cut myself off and just enjoyed it. Been so busy with work and whatnot here lately that I haven't even bothered with anything in a long time.

On that fateful night, I had...

1 shot Gentleman's Jack
1 shot Cuervo Gold
3 shots Jagermeister
3 shots Citron Vodka
3 shots of Gin and pineapple juice to chase the Citron
1 shot peppermint schnaups
1 shot Blue Beast (gin)

All within about a 1.5-2 hour period of time. Wasn't a high point in my life :bash:

Yea, there's definitely a period when you first start drinking where you don't know you're limit and you'll have a serious hangover day where you don't leave the bed...i've had a couple. Once you learn your limit though it's smooth sailing .

That's too much sweet liquor though....that's probably what did ya in .

 

I think it is funny, and I am sure most of you have experancied the same thing, that I drank ALOT more before I was of legal age than I do now, (which is not at all)

I have no Desire to drink, it just not have the same appeal it had when I was younger

 

Yeah, alot of sweet stuff and also something else I learned, don't mix your dark liquours and your clear liquours, that probably got me too. As for drinking underage, I don't know. All the drinking I've done is underage since I'm only 20, but I really didn't even care to try. I was over my buddy's house, he fixed him a little drink, and asked if I wanted anything. Said no the first time, then went back and fixed my own a little later.

 

Dont Mix Dark and Light Liquors

when I was a heavy Drinker my Favorite was Liquid Heroine which is a Mix of Rumple Minze (clear) Jagermeister (dark)

well just to give you a idea of what kind of drinker I was back then


one New Years, Instead of Mixing the Drinks in a shoot glass, I literally mix them in my mouth, pooring amounts of each in and shollowing


I dont remember much but about the first to times I did that, but I woke up with 2 empty bottles, throwing up, Amazing I did not have a Hang Over, but I was probally really close to achol posening that night, I cooled it after that, :blink:
