    Sirius Satellite Radio to Add Maxim Radio to Lineup
    June 7, 2004 -- New York, N.Y. - Maxim magazine, the No. 1 men's lifestyle magazine in the country and the world, will launch Maxim Radio this fall, a full-time channel on Sirius. The multi-year agreement was made by Dennis Publishing president and CEO Stephen Colvin and Sirius Satellite Radio president of entertainment and sports Scott Greenstein.

    In one swift move, Maxim and Sirius have created the premier-branded 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week radio channel targeting the highly-sought-after 21-34 male demographic.

    With programming input from Dennis Publishing editors, Maxim Radio will make a natural transfer of the magazine's influential and clever content to an around-the-clock broadcast entertainment vehicle. Programming will provide social ammunition for men through an unpredictable mix of music, witty conversation and smart information, effectively adapting the attitude and humor that has made Maxim so successful.

    Daily morning and afternoon shows are in the works, complete with hosts, and a diverse selection of music, with topics such as sports, cars, gadgets and entertainment. Midday programming will incorporate Maxim topics in short form. During the overnight hours, listen in for "Maxim Pirate Radio," which will feature listener call-ins, celebrity guests and live transmissions from Maxim's one-of-a-kind events, including their famous annual party at the Super Bowl.
