Funk this job!
Ok I am pretty much fed up with my current job and going to put in my 2 week notice tomorrow night. First of all, it's a full time job and I honostly only need something part-time as it's too hard for me to do a full time job and go to school at the same time. Next, the hospitol I work at is cool and all but the department I am in is the most poorly run operation I have ever worked at... ever. The most disorganized management crew ever. I mean these guys will decide to change the work area of some people.. which they will inform the supervisor about it.. but no one decided to inform the actual employee about it .. so **** doesnt get done for about a week until they catch on. That is just one example of the hundreds I can come up with about how these people run the department. So anyways, I am going to be searching for a part-time job in the area. I actually just recieved my book from MECP for Mobile Product Specialist. I know a lot of car audio guys say MECP doesnt mean jack but if it helps me get a job I am all for it. With that certification it puts me into the salesman area of mobile products. This is something I know I could do, be good at it, and have a good time with it. Plus I think it would be a great part-time job while im finishing my schooling. My actual major in school is Occupational Therepist Assistant but it may change at any point knowing me. So I guess I will go down to like Best-Buy and see if they need help.. lord knows they do as every time I have gone to the local Best-Buy in the car audio area they have provided horrible customer service. Plus then I can wear a neato MECP patch on my arm haha. I really would rather work down the street at that new car audio place but from the looks of things they don't look like they need any help although the guys there are really cool. Anyways, just thought I would rant on about random things as I havent done that in a while. Thanks for reading.

Good luck on the search.
Getting the MECP deal is like an auto tech getting ASE certifications. It proves you can take a test. That being said, it also proves you give a crap. I'm sure there are folks out there that don't have the "patch" that can run circles around most that do. Their reasoning is, they don't need a patch to prove how good they are. But, I feel getting that patch shows a step in the right direction as far as being committed to the trade you hold dear.
Do what you love, the money will follow.

I am pretty good at tests and this test is aparently all multiple choice as well as true / false. I go great at these type of tests. So I will be reading this book and putting to mind all this data. The good thing is though if I pass.. which I will.. I keep the certification for four years.
