Red LED Third Brake light/turn signal

I saw a truck on the road, that when he put a body lift on his truck, instead of using a bumper relocation kit to move his bumper up, he put a string of small red led lights across the whole space between the tailgate and the bumper. When he braked they came on, and when he put his right turn signal on the whole right half of the string of lights blinked in unison with the turn signal (the same happened to the left half of the light string when he used the left turn signal.) Where can I get something like this? I have never seen something like this in magazines that I have looked at. Anyone know about these?

I've seen them too. I suggest trying Summit Racing. How did you go with that platinum battery we discussed. My delco guy asked where you live, said maybe we could work something out.

I still haven't gotten the battery yet. SO much stuff I gotta do to the truck right now, some things I have to do, some things I have to do, and only so much money to do it all with, but when summer comes and I can work full time so I am sure that I will be able to do almost all the stuff to the truck that I want to do, and right now I am just biding my time and doing all the shopping around, then in about a month I will be able to afford EVERYTHING!!! WAHAHAHAHA....WAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

I live in Roseville Minnesota (basically St. Paul) I would definitely appreciate it if there was some way that you could get me a small platinum ac delco battery. But I would have to wait about a month before acutally asking you to send me one ( if it is even possible for you or your "delco guy" to do so) You are always helping me out Nat Man. I will definitely be getting those Speakers from you in the near future (month or so) and the battery around the same time if it is possible.

I will have to do a lot of shopping around to see where I can get a string of leds like that, and ones that have half blink with the taillights, wow that would be cool. I haven't found them so far on the internet, but I will keep looking.

That's cheap, superman. I think to peice it all togethr you may spend more than that. Like zabooza said, I think you would need to wire a relay in per side. Switch it off the turn signal power feed, and power it with a (I suggest) home run wire. Constant ground on the relay coil, the power out to the leds.
