can you tell me how this sounds

Im about to put a system into my 98 torus. I would like to know what you guys think about the setup. I have two Audiobahn AW1251T 12's right now in a plexiglass box and 2 sony explode 12's in another box priced at about $200. I was thinking about for my amp a Hifonics TXi 6406. Im trying to get as much sound and power as i possible can right now i have a kenwood sterio that im gona use most likely. If any body has and ideas on how this would sound and if they would recomend a different amp aorund the saem price range, at least close to it, it would be very helpful. also i still have to by front and rear speakers and an amp for my rear speaker so if you have any recomendations on that please let me know. thank you.

you will only be able to fit 1 box in your trunk.why not for now buy an amp for the subs and run the factory speakers.

you never gave a price range.unless its that 200 you mentioned after the subs discription.

or you can go on ebay and find alot more stuff than we can suggest

the way im setting the speakers in the trunk they will fit its kinda snug but it will fit. also what im really wondering is that this hiphonics amp is a 680 watt by four channel. if i run each speaker into its own channel allowing them to each take on 680 watts, when put together do u think ill get a good loud crisp sound or should i take another route. the price of this amp is $177. im gona hold off on the second amp to my back speakers for a while but i need to replace those and the front ones. do u have a preference in make. and thanks for commenting.

I wouldn't suggest ebay...but hell thats just me

I never suggest running two different sub setups at the same time...it is either choose one or the other...running both will have a 99 percent chance of sounding like crap

I would say keep the factory speakers for now and just use a high pass filter on them and buy a decent amp for your subs....and not a 4 channel amp...buy either a 2 channel or a monoblock

What is your budget for the amp??

after talking to someone that a store i think i realized what im gona do i just baught two REaudio 12"s subs (if ya want to check them out go to www.usamps.com and go to the half moon looking logo and go to re series from their. The amp im gona get to go with that is the exiloe 300/2 (pure watts none of that says 2000 on the amp and give 400. that what im gona start off with. then when i get more money ill add on Earthquake tweeters in the front and then exile rear speakers and door speakers. how does that sound.
