Anyone hear anything about this? I keep hearing things being advertised but I don't understand On the radio it said its free, static free, but something about having equipment for it? Are they doing this to compete with satelite?

I'm pretty sure it's a new way to receive it over-the-air - kinda like having an HD-Tuner for an HDTV
