You and me both.

I don't want to complete my Pathfinder install until I install an alarm in mine... and I haven't even bought one yet.

Let me know if you are interested... I've got a couple guys that I know, that I can get an alarm from at a real good price... they might actually be happier (ie. it helps their sales numbers) if they sell me two, rather than one.

Of course, I don't know what YOU are looking for in an alarm...
For me, it's simple - keyless entry (including onboard relays... no messing around buying extra-this, plugin-that), as many extra channels as I can get (which only seems to be working out to about 2... but hey), no remote start (I drive a 5 speed, and besides - I do own an ignition key :P), and definitely no 2-way paging crap (have I stated my opinion on this enough in the past? :P)

At any rate, that doesn't work out to being an expensive alarm unit... let me know what you think, PM me if you are interested.

Just a quick question Chris, what brands can you get? I'm not real happy with my AutoPage...

I miss my old Code

Thanks for the offer but I am not looking to install it on my own. Heard from too many that its too much of a pain the first time(and I dont plan on a second for a long time)

I am interested in 2way paging. I know your opinion on it but I would prefer to know as soon as possible if something is going wrong. I tend not to lose my head and it would give me the chance I need to get license plates and call the police as soon as possible.

I have a guy that a friend knows that will be doing it cheap. Not as cheap as doing it on my own but at least its warrantied and done by someone else.
