Can I hook up a stock cd changer!?

Hey there I want to buy a Pioneer DEH-P480MP and really wanted to know if I could hook up my stock Sony CD changer. Its a 10 disk cd changer mounting in the trunk.. comes stock with the JBL system in my Mark VIII. Not sure if the interface allows for it or not.

Also, if it can... will there be any difference in sound if a CD is played from a stock cd changer compared to the HU itself?

Um...I don't think you can because how would you control the cd changer with the aftermarket unit???

Then again I know nothing about multidisk changers and what not lol...just thinking logically
