Head Unit Frame?

I just Installed my head unit, but my Frame wouldn't fit. My old Pioneer Head Unit frame could fit but i dunno how my Alpine doesn't. I heard there was a special way to put the frame on, Any Idea?

frame??? further explain...chassis of the head unit or the frame of the dash kit???

Frame of the dash kit? the frame of the face plate.
