Yes, I'm looking for used or broken Car transmissions, either auto or manual, european or domestic prefered, would rather not deal with asian trans. LMK please, as I am looking to try and find broken transmissions to rebuild. Thanks.

my dad has 2 ford trannies from a 78 PU sitting as Lawn Statues next to his house (and I am not joking they are stuck in the ground sticking UP )

Oh, sure.

Poo poo my extra Civic transmission.

That's OK, I wanted to disassemble it and see if I could fix myself that synchro that was going snickity-snick into 3rd gear at high speeds...
I've never opened a transmission up (I wouldn't even attempt it with an automatic!) - thought if nothing else, it would be educational to dissect the thing.

So, since you have such an obvious anti-Japanese attitude - I'm keeping it! So there. :P

Oh, blah blah blah, btw, have fun getting that honda tranny apart, they are a bitch!! But, do have fun with it, get yourself a haynes manual, or service manual for that trans, and go at it. It's so much nicer when you have specs in front of you.
